SudoPop ("the App") is a Sudoku puzzle game developed by Niyoko Studio. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

The App itself does not collect or transmit any personal data. All game progress, settings, and purchases are stored locally on your device.

• No personal information collected by us
• Game data stays on your device

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs that may collect data independently:

Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Google Play. We do not store payment information. See Google Play's privacy policy for details.

Permissions

• Internet – Required to load advertisements
• Notifications – Optional daily puzzle reminders (you can disable in Settings)

Children's Privacy

SudoPop is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal data to function.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
